Pipe Flashings - Retro Fit
Square based, highly adjustable as it is applied to the base of the pipe and is crimped together with stainless clips to provide a weatherproof seal.

Types
EPDM (Black) - Temperatures -40oC to 115oC.
Silicone (Red) - Temperatures -60oC to 240oC.

For fixing you will require:
1 x silicone
1 x drill bit
12 x self tapping screws
