Pipe Flashings - Standard Fit
Round based, where the pipe is at an appropriate height to enable the pipe flashing to be placed over the top and pulled down to the base for fixing.

Types
EPDM (Grey) - To suit cold pipes.
Silicone (Red) - To suit hot pipes.

For fixing you will require:
1 x silicone
1 x drill bit
12 x self tapping screws
